Hello Friends!

My name is Kris I’m an avid forager, educator, and community guide who hosts seasonal plant identification walks and hands-on workshops throughout Long Island. With a deep respect for local ecosystems and sustainable harvesting practices, I teach participants how to confidently identify wild edibles, medicinal plants, and fungi while fostering a meaningful connection to the land.
